Greeting Card Illustrations (Works In Progress)

I'm currently working on a series of new greeting card illustrations. I plan to cover many familar holidays and also Everyday occasions (including birthdays, wedding, baby, get well, etc.). I decided to start with St. Patrick's Day and I have a couple ideas in mind. This is a study I worked on over the weekend...just a little teaser:

    I think the rainbow looks good with her! Also, I like how you put red in the shadows. It's looking really good so far.

    She's lovely... the rainbow adds a lot of wishful flavor.
